Glyceryl Glycoside
In food preservation, glyceryl glycoside exhibits certain antimicrobial properties, inhibiting the growth of microorganisms and thereby extending the shelf life of food products. As a nutritional supplement, it provides energy to the human body. Additionally, it offers various health benefits, such as regulating metabolism and helping to maintain physiological balance. In food processing, glyceryl glycoside can be used as an emulsifier. It enables the uniform mixing of immiscible components like oil and water, playing a role in the production of dairy products (e.g., ice cream) or salad dressings, resulting in a finer and more uniform texture.  

Gallic Acid  
Gallic acid is an excellent antioxidant that prevents the oxidation of oils and fats in food, thereby extending shelf life.
